  • Open Houses and Private Showings – We present your home at open houses as if it were our own.  We make sure the house is in immaculate condition and create a welcoming environment with refreshments, music and engaging conversation.  We also make ourselves readily available for private showings.

  • We input the listing information into the MLS system

  • We prepare & submit an enhanced picture & creative ad copy for classified newspaper advertising

  • We prepare & submit enhanced pictures & creative copy to our regional & international  real estate partners for optimal exposure.

  • For Citizenship by Investment Properties, We prepare & submit enhanced pictures & creative copy along with translations of property details (Chinese & Rusian) for marketing with partners in China and Russia.

  • We place our distinctive “For Sale” sign, along with colorful brochures, at the property

  • We prepare all other marketing materials

  • We schedule your property for our office tour

  • We Mail “Just Listed” announcements to potential buyers that are registered with us

  • We contact all potential buyers with details of listing

  • We hold OPEN HOUSES, if mutually agreeable

  • We arrange showing appointments for other agents and follow up with agents to obtain feedback for you

  • We contact you weekly with progress reports

  • We review marketing activities with owner

  • We present and discuss all offers in depth with you

  • We negotiate the transaction with other agent to your best advantage

  • We finalize all details of the sale contract

  • We will see that all contingencies on the sale contract are completed

  • We will coordinate & negotiate all inspections

  • We will set up closing details with the title company

  • We will set up buyers’ walk-through prior to closing

  • We will coordinate delivery of keys, etc. to selling agent at closing

  • We will finalize the closing on your behalf
