BASSETERRE, St. Kitts (October 20, 2025) – The Government of St. Kitts and Nevis has begun the transformation of the old Fort Thomas Hotel site in Fortlands into a major tourism and heritage attraction. The project, valued at approximately US $30 million, is expected to reshape the Basseterre waterfront and drive new real estate interest across the capital.
